ABOUT THE WINERY:
In 1934, Marquis de Jouennes, father-in-law of Bertrand Devillard, produced his first bottle of red Mercurey. The Devillard family continues its work together in Burgundy today, caring for three estates. Managed by Bertrand & Christiane Devillard and their children Amaury & Aurore since 1996, Domaine des Perdrix in the Côte de Nuits; Château de Chamirey of Mercurey in Côte Chalonnaise and, under the name Le Renard, is sold a limited number of wines selected from top Burgundy estates by the Devillard family.
